WishVerse (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital wish-card creation and sharing services. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use WishVerse.

Information you provide

This may include your account details, sender and recipient names, messages, relationship or occasion details, uploaded photos and information needed to create a wish.

Payments

Payments are processed through our payment gateway. WishVerse does not ask you to send card PINs, passwords or OTPs to us. Payment providers may process payment information under their own policies.

Service providers

WishVerse may use Firebase for authentication/database services and Cloudinary for image hosting. Data handled by these providers is subject to their applicable terms and the configuration of our services.

Shared wishes

If you create a shareable wish link, the content necessary to display that wish may be stored and accessed through the link. Do not include highly confidential information in a wish.

Usage and purchases

Premium usage may be tracked against your account and the selected card so that purchased limits can be enforced. Previewing or editing a card does not by itself mean that a paid use has been consumed.

Data choices

If you need help with an account or wish-related data, contact us. We may need to verify ownership before making changes. We retain information only as needed for service operation, security, legal obligations and dispute handling.
