Refund & Cancellation Policy

WishVerse provides digital wish-card creation services. Because a premium entitlement provides access to digital functionality, purchases should be reviewed carefully before payment.

Single Card plan

A Single Card purchase unlocks up to 7 creations for the selected card. The entitlement is tied to the purchasing account and the selected card.

All Cards Pass

An All Cards Pass purchase unlocks the available WishVerse cards, with a separate allowance of up to 7 creations for each card.

Refunds

As a general rule, completed digital purchases are non-refundable once the purchased entitlement has been used. If you were charged but the payment was unsuccessful, the amount is not reflected in your entitlement, or there is a verified technical issue preventing the purchased service from being delivered, contact us so we can investigate.

Cancellation

You can stop using WishVerse at any time. Cancelling an account does not automatically create a refund for a completed digital purchase.
